  I give it 4 stars because of the great local music. Service can be a bit hit or miss although everyone is very friendly. Prices are high but consider that a built-in cover charge to see some amazing local talent.

  Great selection. Staff was friendly and helpful and fairly quick, especially given there were multiple large groups.
  
  The interior is something to enjoy. Just sit back and take in the ambience. Lots of books and crannies.
  
  Food was very good, though quite expensive.

  The best pub in all of BC bar none - great local draught beer selection and absolutely excellent live music, with a set list consisting of bar songs you're not sick of (aka summer of 69, shook me all night long, living on a prayer). Visually, a classy, old-time look that you just have to see to believe. Will be going back soon!

  I came on super busy night I believe they had a private event upstairs. Would have been nice for them to inform us when we called in. Made the place lit so not bad. Service is good our server was great, food taste great.

  The food is local and fresh. The taps are mix of phenomenal local and excellent import.
  The staff are fantastic. You could try to find a better pub, but I don't like your chances.
  Worth a visit. You'll be back.
