  Hey. So this is a Dairy Queen. This is where you go if you aren't an ice cream snob.
  
  They serve soft serve ice cream. They will serve it in a cone. Or in a Blizzard, or in cake form.
  
  It's all tasty if you like soft serve... But if you like real, straight from the cow to the freezer ice cream, this isn't where you come.
  
  This location is good though. The staff is as helpful as can be expected and they keep their store clean.
  
  Haven't had the hot food yet, but if it's like every other DQ out there it's completely passable fast food fare.

  Absolutely awful. Not only did it take them 20 minutes to even start our order( because the kid behind the counter couldn't stop flirting with the poor girl in training long enough to teach her anything). Easy order, two meals one with a large poutine. First they forget the poutine, then when it comes back, they've forgotten the fries for the other meal, get back to the table the poutine is a small. Then I found a hair in my fries. I was done at that point

  Lousy staff. Owner/ Managers is a Dick. These clowns should take a course in customer service!!! Customers are always right!!!! Hopefully the next customer will not get a rotten banana in there shake. And if you do.... Don't expect a refund! Try this place if you dare!

  I generally go here for lunch, but today was quite terrible. Took 30 minutes for my burger, then when i got it, it was the wrong burger. Staff seemed lost and confused. Seemed like management fired all the regular staff that I know and recognized and put in new people from another site (they were wearing orange julius uniforms!) Won't go here again. Best to avoid.

  Was extremely disappointed in the total lack of customer service tonight. We showed up at 9:30pm to get some ice cream and stood there for about 10 minutes before we were even acknowledged. There were about another 5-6 people behind us, and we asked one of the service desk girls with a partial shave in her hair if they were still open since no one had acknowledged us and the people behind us were visibly waiting too.
  
  She scoffed at us and said "we're open until we're closed" and then kept ignoring us, while one of the younger guys was standing in the back texting on his cellphone.
  
  Horrible service. Wouldn't return. The staff needs training on the definition of customer service instead of just ignoring people and getting ready to close the restaurant.
