  I am a big fan of DQ but this franchise is disgusting. It is absolutely filthy, and poorly lit. The staff are friendly but slovenly dressed and Unkept in appearance. My blizzards were sloppy and the blizzard machine sounded like it was going to blow up. While I waited (long) the young boy behind me was advised they had run out of French fries (early Friday night - really??!). The staff were polite but didn't offer any concession for the lack of fries.
  I had hoped this spring would show improvement but no luck.

  Went here today for a milk shake and a blizzard... Half the blizzard flavours were un available? They had run out days before and were on order. How do you run out of half your flavours... Ordered an arctic freeze and the machine is broken.... Turn around while we wait not a single cake in the freezer, no dilly bars or anything. garbages overflowing at 10:15 am clearly not emptied from the night before. This place is pathetic steer clear.

  I have never seen so much filth in one restaurant. The freezer holding the cakes for sale had crumbs and dirt all over the bottom and the door hinges had actual mold on them. The selection of ready to buy cakes was very poor. The counter tops were covered in syrup and the servers uniforms were disgusting. I needed a cake immediately for a birthday I was on my way to, and had to go to Mayfair to get one. Run, don't walk away from this nightmare.

  It's a DQ. You know what to expert. The only sad thing about this particular one is the staff all seem to absolutely hate their lives.
