  Been here more than a few times, love the food here, probably the best dim sum I can have in Victoria! Staffs are friendly and the interior design is classic. Busy all the time, might want to go earlier to get seats.

  Fast, friendly service. Loyal customers fill the tables and so there is usually a line up on weekends. Excellent turn around of food items. Wish there were less deep fried options. This is our go to restaurant for dim sum. Best dish is the wu-tow-go (taro root, rolled in a crumb and deep fried).

  Complete garbage. The food was disgusting and cold and the place had a stink like rotting flesh. Tucked into a basement I have had better smells and better food eating outside in the streets of Beijing!
  
  The lady at the counter would not explain what the bill was and upon telling her about how we were not satisfied with service she said I don't care.
  
  Lol this place is a complete joke.
  
  Don't waste your money.

  Not sure how dinner would be at this restaurant, but I can absolutely say without reservation that the dim sum is excellent. Fresh ingredients, generous portions, reasonable price. Great to know such a good dim sum restaurant exists here in Victoria.
