  Ordered the prime rib Benny, as it sounded good on the menu, however was cold. This is the second time in 5 years that I've actually sent something back to the kitchen in a restaurant. It came back with the prime rib cooked to death, and the poached egg cold again. They deducted some off the bill to compensate, and the server was very apologetic. Can't fault her at all, but we'll never go back.

  Slow service when it's busy and takes a long time to get the servers to notice you're waiting to ask them something but good food
