  Wish I could give it 0 stars. Delivery window was 45 minutes, pizza finally delivered 1 hr 35 mins after ordered. Called store to ask where pizza was during that gap, was told that pizza had left 18 minutes earlier with a driver that had 2 other orders. Pizza finally delivered 20 minutes after phone call, so had been in the vehicle for 38 minutes before being delivered, meaning the bags that keep the pizza hot were pushed to their up 45 minute limit, since they had to have been put in the bag a short while before the driver left.
  
  Pizza arrived lukewarm, but as kids were starving, fed them a piece each to hold them over while I called to complain. Was told pizza would never be delivered lukewarm (stuffed crust was solid), and driver claims pizza was fine, or he wouldn't have delivered it, so I must be wrong.
  
  When offered replacement Pizzas, told them that a slice of each had been taken out to feed my kids, and was then told that if the pizza was that bad, I wouldn't have fed them any, and that she was a mother, so she knew what she was doing with kids.
  
  At that stage, was told that they had to replace the whole pizza, and if I wasn't giving back a whole pizza, they couldn't give me a replacement. No credit offered either, when they were told that I would be contacting their head office, their response was to simply quote the website.
  
  Overall, fully trusted their delivery driver over their customer, and they went so far as to say our drivers don't work for tips, they work because they love their jobs.
  
  In the end the pizza was greasy, unpalatable at its temperature, and the service provided was abysmal at best. Never again.

  I can't describe my frustration with this place.
  WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER.
  They don't answer their phone. Tried to order twice (did online cause they don't know how to answer a phone) and they had stupid excuses as to why they wouldn't deliver. And they were SO RUDE.
