  You have posted a photo of the store with employee partners in the photo. This is a violation of their privacy and we would appreciate it if you would delete the photo. There are no appropriate flag categories for this, and the only way Google will allow it removed is by the business owner or original poster. Well, Starbucks is corporate, and attempting to contact whoever is in charge of the Google business accounts has failed. There is also no way to message you personally about this. Hopefully you revisit this page and are kind enough to remove it and not post any more photos of people without their permission. Thank you so much.

  Terrible service, it is like you bother them. Unfriendly people not even taking the time to say good morning or ask how is your day going. And when you ask for something not straight from the board they roll eye you...seriously? This is because of me buying that you have a job, think about it! Going to the one on government street now and it is a lot better experience.

  Horrible service! We ordered using the app. We picked up our drinks and left. A few minutes later we were back. My wife's order was completely wrong and my drink was not hot. They fixed my wife's drink but refused to do anything with mine telling me if I was using the app and wanted it hot I should have ordered it extra hot. We were there within the timeframe given by the app. I have not been back since nor do I plan on returning. Considerably and consistently better service at the Bay Center Starbucks.

  Horrible service. Very unfriendly. Got eye roll from barista for asking for extra fork. Pretty sure Starbucks can afford to give out extra fork with the prices they charge.
