  Starbucks is pretty consistent. It's a good cup of coffee and decent service. Staff can be a little short sometimes but overall acceptable.

  Received 2 scorching hot coffees in drive thru with lids barely on. My girl and I both have burns on our laps now and they gave us $4 gift card and told me to complain to head office. Won't be back

  Hey ... it's another Starbucks. They're built around a model of consistency throughout the chain. It doesn't really matter if you visit in Victoria or Toronto or wherever. Same store, same products, same music. I sometimes wish they would regionalize somewhat. More of an incentive to visit when out of town.
  
  I think it's safe to say that every Starbucks is in the 4 star range. Never bad. Never amazing. Consistent.

  Super friendly costumer service!! I was helped by a lovely girl named Talia and she provided examplery costumer service and gave me great reccomdations. She was helpful and patient when I was being very undescisive. Her cheerful and warm demeanor seems effortless and natural. The rest of the staff there are always so friendly, but she definitely made to visit worth while!
