  I was in the store to purchase 2 steeped teas at 6pm, the staff were polite and courteous. I was served quickly and went home. upon opening the teas I discovered to my dismay that the drinks were not properly topped up,not even close.I did however call back the next day to complain and the manager arranged to have my next order ready for me,free of charge.

  Great stuff, good location. Right across from bus stop. So if you're ever waiting long for a bus stop, just stop by there. It's really affordable too.

  While using the bathroom on the premises, someone with a key tried to open the door on me while I was undecent and exposed. I was hugely mortified and have never been more embarrased.

  This place is horrible. 26 minutes today to get a crispy chicken sandwich, and for the 3rd time in a row they got it wrong. Sandwich with buffalo sauce, rung up properly at the till, but delivered with mayo, or in 1 case honey mustard. It's not like I had a big complicated order, that was it, the sandwich. This Tim's is very disappointing.
