  The new staff members lack training or any kind of customer service abilities. I had to ask for the Wi-Fi information 3 times from the same server. She paid no attention to me when I had to confront her at the front counter. She also gave my 4 year old son 5 red crayons..... The mens restroom is a battle zone and worse then some dive bars I have been to in Toronto Montreal and New York. Food is plentiful and cheap. But that's where it ends.

  I haven't had good luck here in the past but I went in for my free birthday breakfast today and everything was hot and tasty. Server did a great job as well.

  This Dennys is new and is not quit up to the high marks i give to the other Dennys in downtown Victoria. They tend to be slow serving and the food presentation is not to the level i expect. I have even found the food to be cold on occasion. The servers are lovely. I hope the team will get better and when they do i will certainly give a better rating

  Dropped in as i saw a sign on the road for a fantastic deal on a grad slam. I was surprised by my bill at the end as i did not get the deal. Sure would have been nice if the server had told me

  We visited this Denny's for the first time on a sunny Sunday afternoon and it was terrific. Fast, attentive service. Great food. The only slightly off-putting thing was the proximity of the Galloping Goose Trail and having to watch dozens of spandex-ed bicycle freaks illegally crossing the Island Highway. I was hoping at least one would get hit by some Dodge Ram-driving Langfordian but nope. Maybe next time.
