  Ordered pizza for my work crew. Placed the order at 10 for it to arrive at 12 sharp (since we are on a tight 30 minute lunch window stating at noon) 12:10 rolls by with no pizza. I call the dominos and the manager Easton informs me they are backed up (despite me placing the order two hours early to ensure promptness) then says he has two options. A) he takes $15 off the order (any other pizza place would send it free after 2 hours) or he could cancel my order. He said he didn't know when it would get here if I proceeded, in a confused and lost tone. I had to hang up and make my crew go hungry. Very unimpressed.
