  4 stars in the context of McDonald's dining. One of the better few in Victoria. The usual staffing problems exist here as well but it's generally a good spot.

  We go to macdonalds with our children and this particular location is the worst of them all. List of items:
  - staff are always disorganized
  - electronic machines, ketchups, ice always empty
  - a broken sink in the men's washroom took them over a month to fix.
  
  This is a amanagement and ownership problem and it's damaging the mcdonalds brand.

  By Gravity falls up ...
  Had to wait almost 20 minutes for a large pop cup. That was All I ordered too. There was plenty of staff but service was extremely slow. Would not recommend if you want your food hot and too you in good time.

  They put the cold yogurt on hot food with the kids meal. My kids got sick because of this practice so I tell them not to eat it anymore.

  You'll have to wait 5 hours for food and ice cream will always be "off" cause they are too lazy to make it for you
