  Ming's can only be described as magical. Someone intelligent long ago thought of everything in Ming's and his or her influence can be felt in the plush upholstery that fosters you through your meal today. The staff are attentive and caring. The food superb. The music is non-imposing, usually classical. There is a big fish tank near the top level of the room, and mirrors decorate many of the walls, creating an open, glamorous atmosphere. I always have some of my meal packed up that makes for enticing leftovers, keeping the tasty train going even after my time at Ming's has ceased. They have an assortment of delicious but novel alcoholic cocktails I've often received with a sweet maraschino cherry on top. At the end of a dinner meal, your server will bring you a refreshing hot towel for you to apply to your face and hands. It's a really nice touch that typifies the relaxing ambiance Ming's creates for you while you're there. You do you Ming's. Thank you for everything. Anyone who dislikes Ming's is personally disturbed.

  Food was great service was weird no real waitor random employees take orders and some things forgotten between them as some couldnt understand english for their menu. Also heating must have been broken it was freezing cold everyone eating in jackets and most the employees also in jackets.

  I have never had bad Chinese food before- until last night. In spite of reading reviews and thus being forewarned, I took a chance and ordered from Ming's online. I have favoured Ming's for decades and hoped that it couldn't have gone downhill that fast! Only one young woman at front reception. She claimed there was no order from me. In fact she suggested I go home and it will probably be delivered as it wasn't there. While discussing, she answered the phone to take an order, leaving me pacing in frustration. This was followed by her going to the kitchen for advice. While she was gone I looked at the invoices on her desk. One was obviously my order. I showed it to her, she left and came back with the bagged food. No apologies were given. No eye contact. The bag had noted time of being packed at 4:20pm and pick up at 5:30pm. Items were now luke-warm or cold. Almond chicken was disgusting. I took it out of my mouth to inspect as it felt like ground up bones. I threw it out. Chow mein had strange smell- I threw it out. As for the building-The front foyer looked dirty and the floor unwashed. It was cold and had strong musty odor. Birds in cage are gone. I thought at first that the place was closed as most of the lights were out in the dining room. Quite eerie. Upon leaving I said to the girl, "Now for good customer relations, it would be nice to have an apology for the inconvenience I have encountered." She looked away with no reply to which I shook my head and responded, "And noooo apologies given. Noted." Good bye Mings. Gone are our days.

  My mom and I went to Mings last night for a late dinner. The food was poor the service was ok... but what we found nasty was half way through our meal there was mice running under our feet! When we alerted our server she seemed shocked but realized later she put on a fake show... the restaurant seems riddled with mice as we were walking out we saw 3 more!!
  
  The past year every time we've gone there it seems to be a bad experience... the last time everyone had their coats on it was so cold! My nose was frozen by the time we got our food and the food was only warm for about 2 minutes due to how cold it was! You literally could see your own breath!
  Recently discovered the love birds are no longer there.... wonder if they froze to death?!?!
  
  That will be the last time we go to mings such a shame because it used to be so good! I highly recommend NOT GOING THERE!!!!

  They have some lovebirds at the front in a glass like cage and that's the only good thing about this place. We went on a weeknight and my date and I were greeted by one hostess who apparently was also the only waitress and it seemed that night was the only person there. Half the place had the lights turned off, the bar had the lights turned off and the heater was off so the place was freezing. Needless to say, we didn't stay.
